Cynthia Seeba joined Tyler & Company in 2000 as a Research Associate. With more than 16 years of experience in retained healthcare executive recruitment, she is well versed in aligning not only the functional skills and expertise required for a given opportunity, but also the behavioral tendencies that help identify the best-matched candidates for a specific assignment. Additionally, Cynthia believes that “the best reward” is a successful pairing where both the client and candidate achieve win-win situations.

Cynthia has successfully recruited for nursing leadership, financial leadership, ancillary service and chief executive officer positions within large and small healthcare organizations. 

Cynthia and her husband have four grown children. She enjoys spending time at the beach, cooking, reading and home design projects. Cynthia is most inspired by those who have a genuine concern for others.
