ATLANTA, GA - J. Larry Tyler, president and founder of Tyler & Company, has been elected to serve on the Council of the Americas for the Association of Executive Search Consultants.

The Association consists of quality retained executive search firms that are committed to the high standards of professional practice outlined in the AESC Code of Ethics and Professional Practice Guidelines. AESC members range in size from small boutique search firms, to mid-size firms and large global organizations. In total AESC members employ some 4000 consultants in 1000 offices in 70 countries worldwide.

The AESC is recognized by the United States Government and the European Commission as the representative body for the retained executive search industry.
